Update Excel spreadsheet from Forms response 08-13-2019 10:04 PM I am trying (and failing) to create a flow that takes a Forms response and either updates or adds a row to an excel spreadsheet based on the value of 'Vehicle registration'. I've created a Form by inserting it into Excel. When a response is submitted via Forms the Excel sheet is updating - so far so good. I would like to add answers that were collected using another survey software to the new Form, so that the Response overview includes this data in its charts and displays. Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your school or work credentials. Open the Excel workbook in which you want to insert a form. Click Insert > Forms > New Form to begin creating your form.
